FAQs - Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I preserve the leis? Keep fresh flower leis in the refrigerator (not on the coldest setting) and/or in a cool place. Orchids can last about a week or so but however, gardenias can last a couple of days. Gardenias & plumerias are also very delicate and they brown easily so please do not touch its petals.
Do you ship?Yes, we are currently only shipping money leis. All fresh floral leis are available for pick up or delivery.
Do I pick up my order?Yes, lei orders are available for pick up only (large orders - delivery available). Pick up location is in Vallejo, CA. Please check with availability.
For all other orders, delivery fee starts at $20/up depending on the location. Delivery for LEIS will be unavailable during GRAD season. How far in advance should I order OR book my event?In order to accommodate all of our clients, we highly recommend that you place your orders OR book with us ahead of time. All leis and floral orders - 1-2 weeks before your event date (for Grad season - early as possible) .
All balloon/custom creation orders - 2-4 weeks+ and Wedding & events - 6 months+. Please be sure to order on time and we will do our BEST to fulfill your order! |
