About Us

Picture
Pauline Tahi Livai Siale aka Leene (lee-neh) is a San Francisco native, wife and mother.  With her background in music, she also discovered new passions in floristry, arts & crafts, balloon art, and event planning.  Her creativity was inspired from her late mother, aunts, and grandmothers who were talented in arts & crafts, lei-making, quilt-making, knitting, sewing, tapa cloth-making & mat weaving etc.  Soon she became a self-taught lei-maker, florist & balloon artist & Tiare Blooms was soon established.  Through Tiare Blooms, she's able to share, help preserve her Polynesian culture & also inspire others into their own creativity. She loves serving her community and also her church.

Tiare Blooms is family operated since 2012 and continues to serve primarily the Bay Area & throughout the U.S.
